Red Carpet FAQ

All Nominees are welcome to walk the Red Carpet.  Each Pre-Registered Nominee is allowed 1 pre-registered named guest and 1 pre-registered representative (i.e. publicist or manager, etc.) to walk you down the carpet. Early arrival is highly encouraged! If you have a publicist, but they didn't register by Sept. 30 for a credential, they will not be permitted to come into the Red Carpet area, but we will have talent handlers available to assist you down the carpet. Nominee registration ends September 30th - after this date you will no longer be able to register to walk the Red Carpet for this year’s awards show.

You will be required to scan your credential at the entry door, then pass through Bridgestone Arena Security.

If you did not register for credentials and pick them up during the above allotted time(s), we will NOT be able to provide a credential for you on show day, as per our new credentialing system.

You may opt for photos only (no interviews) or participate in both.

Guests are only credentialed to join for the photo pit, then they will be required to wait for their nominee/performer/presenter in the World Vision lounge while nominees and their representative walk the Interview portion of the carpet.

BRIDGESTONE BAGGAGE POLICY

Bridgestone Arena follows a "clear or clutch" bag policy, requiring bags to be either clear and no larger than 12" x 12" x 6", or a small clutch/wallet smaller than 6" x 4" x 1.5".

All individuals and bags will be subject to security screening and must pass through a metal detector upon entry.

For full details, including what is not permitted, please review Bridgestone’s Prohibited Items list HERE.

CREDENTIAL POLICY FOR BRIDGESTONE ARENA

In light of recent events and for the safety of all talent, teams, staff & crew, every individual must have their name on the credential list in order to enter the building; otherwise, otherwise, security will not grant access at the Red Carpet entry door scan point. Credentials must be clearly displayed at all times. If not clearly displayed, Bridgestone security will request the individual to locate said credential and immediately begin wearing it. If the individual is not able to produce a credential, they will be immediately escorted from the building.

GMA wants to do everything we can to make this a safe environment, and therefore, it is crucial for us to work together to make sure your credential requests are clearly outlined this year.
