Absolutely! Many Dove and previous fan experience attendees come solo. You will be sure to make a new friend or two during the experience.
Once you arrive and check-in, we’ll handle the driving! We’ve chartered buses to transport you to and from each special experience.
The following is an outline of the meals provided with your package:

Several of the Fan Experience levels do require a fair amount of walking and stairs. Please contact your fan experience liaison to determine the best plan. Also, plan to wear appropriate shoes and clothing to accommodate the activity.

Yes! You will pay a $150 initial deposit to reserve your spot and 3 payments over the remaining months.
YES! When you register online you’ll see options to add nights before or after the 3-day event. The cost per night is $398 (covers all taxes and fees) per room, not per person. Many guests elect to add days because of our fantastic downtown location and access to so many tourism options close to our hotel.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
IMPORTANT – During registration you will be required to agree to these terms and conditions to participate in this event.
The Invoice/Statement you will receive confirming your registration is an agreement between True North Presents/GMA and the registrant. All prices, penalties and change fees are quoted per person and based on the number of occupants in your registered room (1-4 persons per room). Additional fees may be assessed if more than 4 occupants are in a room or if unregistered guests are found to occupy a registered room. Deposits may be non-refundable – refer to cancellation policies below. Event details, schedules, venues, artists, speakers are subject to change if extraordinary circumstances or conditions impact the availability of promoted package features. True North Presents/GMA reserves the right to make needed adjustments to the package experience/stay based on unexpected or unavoidable conditions or circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, acts of terrorism, government intervention, sudden unavailability of event venue, hotel or other facilities included in the package experience. If the event venue is unavailable due to “acts of God” (force majuere) or if civil authorities prohibit the event from being held due to safety or security reasons, TNP/GMA reserves the right to move the event to another suitable location or modify the event schedule and features to the best available alternatives. Travel delays, cancellations or charges related to missed flights are the sole responsibility of the affected passengers and any disputes or appeals must be made directly to the travel facilitators involved in such circumstances. TNP/GMA offers no refunds or reimbursements on delayed or cancelled travel or any other personal reasons causing a registrant to miss any part of their scheduled package experience. Confirmed registrants acknowledge that third-party travel insurance and travel protection options are available to help protect against travel interruptions. Groups may be cancelled with all deposits becoming non-refundable in the event that any part of this agreement is breached by Land Package participants, including late or missing deposits. PAIRING REQUESTS: True North Presents/GMA does not guarantee roommate pairing opportunities, but will attempt to assist registrants in finding roommates. If additional roommates are not available registrants are committed to paying the package rate based on the actual number of people in their room.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Airport transfers are not included in this package agreement.
NOT INCLUDED IN PRICING: Passport costs, air travel, Airport transfers to your hotel, Meals (unless otherwise noted in package features), Free-time entertainment or other tourism not listed in the package features. Hotel phone charges, room service, laundry, mini-bar purchases, etc.

120 – 90 days from event start $500 Administrative Fee required
90 – 60 days from event start 50% of total package required
60 – 45 days from event start 75% of total package required
45 days from event start No Refunds
Cancellation Fees apply regardless of reason, including medical, work and family matters.
Non-refundable monies are not transferable to the unpaid balance of another participant; however, substitutions for cancelled persons are permissible.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: True North/GMA events usually involve a moderate level of physical mobility, such as walking to locations, stairs, risers, etc. There may be limitations and mobility challenges to consider if a registrant has a medical condition or uses medical equipment which could affect your enjoyment of the package experience or travel. Please consult your physician and notify TNP/GMA of any limitations or concerns for registered participants.
All registrants agree and acknowledge that they are insured and/or financially responsible for themselves in the event of sickness or injury while traveling or in attendance at the event. In accepting these terms you agree to not hold True North Presents/GMA or it’s representatives liable for any harm, injury, accident, assault, or any other physical, mental or emotional hardship or trauma that may be experienced during this event.
IMAGE AND SOUND RELEASE: By booking this event you are granting permission for all registrants on your reservation to be professionally photographed, audio and/or video recorded and release True North Presents, Inc./GMA from liability, conditions or any compensation for obtaining and using these images and sounds in future promotional materials.
