All talent, teams, staff, and crew must be listed on the credential list in order to enter the building. Unfortunately, Bridgestone will not grant access to anyone not on the list.

Upon entry, individuals are required to clearly display their credential at all times. If a credential is not visible, Bridgestone security will ask the individual to locate and wear it immediately. Anyone unable to produce a valid credential will be escorted from the building.

At GMA, we’re committed to creating a safe and secure environment for everyone. That’s why it's essential that credential requests are submitted clearly and accurately this year. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as we work together to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all.

• Each presenter will receive a link for two (2) backstage credentials*, one for themselves and one credential that may be assigned to either a spouse, management or label representative, at your discretion.
• We kindly ask all presenters to arrive camera-ready, as backstage space is limited and dressing rooms will not be available for presenters.
• Publicists / Social Media / Content Creator Credential Requests: Unfortunately, we are not able to approve a credential for anyone falling into this category for Tuesday as security has been tightened at Bridgestone. Each artist will receive a digital file containing all pertinent content from the official Dove Award photographer(s)/videographer(s) the day after the show.
  
  

*REMINDER! Your access to the Red Carpet will not be given by a separate credential. It will all be in one RFID credential that you pick up at the designated pickup location (Nashville First Baptist Church).

CREDENTIAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:

This year, credential distribution will be located at Nashville First Baptist Church (FBC Nashville), directly across from Bridgestone Arena.

Please follow the signs to Entrance 15, where staff will greet you and assist with credential pickup. We recommend bringing a photo ID in case there are any issues during pickup.

This year, your credential will serve as your only access into the parking lot. We understand that you may need to enter the lot before you’ve had a chance to pick up your credential. To accommodate this, 10-minute parking will be available for credential pickup, and parking attendants will direct you to the appropriate short-term parking spaces. From there, you can head inside to pick up your credential before returning to the lot.

*Again, please note that your credential MUST be accessible when entering the parking lot, as it will need to be scanned for entry. If your talent has not yet picked up their credential, the email address used for that specific credential can receive a digital parking pass. This pass will allow ONE-TIME entry into the lot so they can park and then pick up their credential.*

Tuesday, October 6

Parking will be available at the Nashville First Baptist Church parking lot (P-C/Talent Parking on map), located directly across the street from the Talent/2* Entrance. Due to limited availability, each presenter will receive one parking spot. This space will be under the presenter's name. 

You will need your credential to be scanned when entering the parking lot. If you arrive without your credential and need to pick it up first, a designated 10-minute parking area will be available for credential pickup. Please plan to allow extra time for this process before heading inside for rehearsal, show-day activities, the red carpet, or the awards show.

Rehearsal call times will be determined based on the Run of Show and will be shared as soon as we have a more finalized version.

The Run of Show itself will be sent once we receive the green light from the programming and production teams. Please note that this document may remain fluid up until the week of the event, as some details are still subject to change.

You’ll also receive the portion of the script your artist will say on stage, which we expect to have ready about a week before the show. This will ensure they have everything they need to feel prepared. We’ll get all of this to you as soon as it’s ready and truly appreciate your patience in the meantime!

Each performer will receive two (2) complimentary tickets—one for themselves and one for a guest. 

An email will be sent a week before the event on how to receive your tickets.

Everyone entering Bridgestone Arena is required to enter through an approved security checkpoint. A credential provides authorized access but does not exempt anyone from security screening. All individuals, bags, and personal items are subject to screening and inspection. Bridgestone Arena’s standard bag policy applies unless an exception for essential show-related equipment has been approved in advance. Individuals requiring a laptop, equipment bag or other special accommodation should coordinate that need before arriving. 

Bridgestone Arena follows a "clear or clutch" bag policy, requiring bags to be either clear and no larger than 12" x 12" x 6", or a small clutch/wallet smaller than 6" x 4" x 1.5". 

That said, exceptions will be made for talent and their accompanying team members to bring essential items required for the show. For example, a manager carrying a backpack with a laptop will be allowed. However, all individuals and bags will be subject to security screening and must pass through a metal detector upon entry.

Uniformed Metro Nashville Police Department officers will be onsite throughout the event. Bridgestone Arena will also maintain a strong presence of venue security personnel supporting entry screening, access control, credential enforcement, and overall event safety.

Suspicious behavior, threatening communications, unattended items, unauthorized access attempts, or changes involving a performer’s or presenter’s security detail should be reported immediately to venue security, MNPD, or Patrick Roshetko.

 The Green Room, sponsored by Compassion International, will be open on Tuesday, October 6, beginning at 10:30am. Heavy appetizers & snacks will be served throughout the day. Coffees & teas will be provided by Just Love Coffee.
