Dove Awards Fan Experiences
In celebration of the 2020 GMA Dove Awards, the Gospel Music Association is thrilled to announce some exciting updates we’ve made to the Dove Awards Fan Experience Packages.
Each year we take fan feedback and hone these packages so our fans can have the best possible experience at the Dove Awards.
In addition to invites to “industry-only” events, once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunities, and behind the scenes tours, we’ve added a few extra perks for 2020!
These exclusive packages have become a sell-out every year, so don’t delay! Reserve a Dove Awards Fan Experience today. We hope to see you in Music City on October 20, 2020!

What is the basic schedule for each of the levels?
10:00AM CT – VIP Begins
What should I bring/not bring with me on-site?
Due to the variety of experiences, we cannot provide storage – so, luggage/large bags are not allowed on-site. If you need to change, you’ll have to shuttle to/from your car and could miss out on some of your exciting benefits. You should arrive “show ready”. Feel free to contact your GMA liaison if you have any special requests or medical needs that require extra bags.
It's August and I haven't heard from a GMA representative regarding the fan experience. What should I do?
So sorry! First, be sure to check your junk folder, as well as the e-mail account you used when you purchased your tickets. If you still don’t see anything reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and a GMA rep will be in touch shortly.
Where do I pick up my Dove Awards show ticket?
Show tickets will be available at the Fan Experience check-in located just inside Allen Arena.
I have special mobility needs/physical limitations, should I notify someone?
Yes, we want to be as prepared as possible to accommodate you so you enjoy your experience. Please let your GMA liaison know so they can create the best plan.
I have some physical limitations, what should I expect?
Several of the fan experience levels do require a fair amount of walking and stairs. Please contact your fan experience liaison to determine the best plan. Also, plan to wear appropriate shoes and clothing to accommodate the activity.
How does handicapped parking work for this event?
Please note – we can’t guarantee any parking spaces for handicapped – it is first come first served and the campus is an active university. Additionally, the parking shuttles that run throughout the day DO NOT have lifts for wheelchairs or scooters.
